Convaincue que l’attractivité d’une métropole réside aussi dans sa capacité à offrir une expérience de visite positive, SNCF Gares & Connexions a lancé fin 2018 un appel à projets visant à faire émerger une solution d’accueil innovante à destination du public « tourisme d’affaire ». Initialement pensée comme un dispositif éphémère et événementiel, la solution proposée a finalement évolué ces derniers mois pour répondre aux besoins propres de Gares & Connexions. Le mât design, élément central de la proposition des Acrobates, est en voie de devenir le nouveau point de contact pour les voyageurs de la gare Lille Flandres.
Convinced that the attractiveness of a metropolis also lies in its ability to offer a positive visitor experience, SNCF Gares & Connexions launched at the end of 2018 a call for projects aiming to bring out an innovative welcoming solution for tourists of business travelers. Initially thought of as an ephemeral and event-driven solution, the proposed solution has finally evolved in recent months to meet the specific needs of Gares & Connexions. The design mast, a central element of the Acrobats’ proposal, is on the way to becoming the new point of contact for travelers at Lille Flandres station.
